Ennio Salucci immigrated to America from Italy in 1961, along with his family, and was raised in northeast Ohio. He attended Kent State University in Ohio and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry and Philosophy in 1978.

He married his wife, Dawn, in 1979, and is a father to two children, Gian and Cristiana. After being a restaurateur for 10 years, owning and operating two restaurants, and spending 14 years in the real estate business, he transitioned into his true passion: working with people in transformational seminars and workshops--both in the business and personal domains.

Ennio works with coaching and training organizations throughout America and Europe conducting experiential, transformational trainings and seminars. He is an ordained minister, facilitator, and senior trainer with ACCD, and along with his wife Dawn, facilitates the One Accord marriage workshops.

In addition, he is a personal life coach and is a partner in a corporate training and coaching venture, Culture ROI.
