Sarah Overholt is a Certified Professional Trainer and Image Consultant. Sarah was a former Senior Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. At 22, she started her business with Mary Kay and then achieved top sales status every quarter in her first two years, moving up the ladder from Senior Consultant to Team Leader to Team Manager. Within her first two years, she earned her first of five career cars and became a Senior Sales Director at age 24.

She was in the top 2% within the organization. After eight years of building teams and coaching and training consultants in sales and recruiting with Mary Kay, she transitioned from her job as Sales Director to pursue transformational training.

Sarah lives in Northern California with her family.
