Transformation Leadership is about catalyzing radical change and new possibilities with others.

In scripture, God calls us to be continually transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2) - but what does that mean? Come and explore what is might mean to be a new creation, to be new wine, live in a new covenant, have a new heart, receive a new name, invent a new story, and sing a new song. Our culture demands that we focus on the past, to attempt to resolve it, fix it and then use it as a benchmark to determine what is possible in the future. A transformational leader breaks through this limiting paradigm to generate the new possibilities God calls us to in this life - right now!

This two-day workshop is designed to explore with you to the disciplines, practices and characteristics of a transformational leader. It is an opportunity to see your current reality in a new way and invent possibilities of moving from your current reality into the vision of a future worth having. .

The learning format for the workshop is experiential. We have developed a unique ability to enable deep individual and organizational learning. Our learning approach draws upon a non-traditional, yet proven and reliable methodology we believe is uniquely designed to facilitate genuine personal as well as organizational transformation.

It is transformational because it does not merely augment what is already known, understood, or practiced. Our work causes a break or interruption of past-based thinking and behavior and creates an opening for an unprecedented future.

You will have an opportunity to examine your ways and test them to determine if they are contributing to a future you desire.

We will focus on the characteristics of a transformational leader, who is a learner, has ears to hear, encourage and edify, is adaptable and flexible, has direction, vision and perspective, is aware of their environment, in terms of their position, disposition and influence, and discovers new resource, lives responsibility and embraces repentance and forgiveness as a lifestyle.

The disciplines and practices taught in this workshop are practical and can be used to create specific value for you in your life and with others.

This is a two day workshop; hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The registration fee for Transformational Leadership is $200.
