Arwin Baauw, born 1967, lives with his wife Betty and their two sons (Simon and Thomas) in a small town called Linschoten in Holland.

At the age of 34, Arwin first met God in a transformational training.  This was a turning point in his life.  Ever since, he’s been actively involved in his local church and in Christian training.

His educational background consists of a Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and a Masters in European Management at Sheffield University, UK. In January, 2006, after re-schooling himself, he shifted his business career and left his job as an operational director to become a full-time trainer and coach, both in the business and non-profit realms.

Arwin is passionate about meeting people and connecting in love to discover what provision God has for them. He believes it's his vocation to engage and stand with people so they can find new possibilities to give the gift that God made them to be. First off all, in his own life and family, and with anyone God brings on his path.
