Robb Farrell - A native of New England, Robb moved to Southern California in 1998 to conclude his service to the United States Coast Guard and was issued the meritorious conduct award. Now calling Southern California home, Robb has been involved with adult and youth character development and leadership coaching since 2001 and received his certification as an Executive Transformational Coach with Culture ROI (CROI) in 2005.

Robb also stands on an executive team as director of operations for a nonprofit youth leadership organization (GAP Youth Training Services). As a seasoned certified transformational executive coach and skilled negotiator, Robb has made inviting people and organizations into greater possibility and coaching them to achieving unprecedented results his focused passion. First and foremost Robb enjoys spending time with his wife Lahoma, son Micaiah, and daughter Journey. He spends his free time offering coaching and negotiation training for parents with special needs children that are in the public school system.
