Executive Coaching

ACCD's Executive Coaching is specifically designed for church leaders and leaders of Christian Non-Profits and para-Church ministries. It focuses on catalyzing change, growth, and transformation within an organization within a Christian context.

Executive Coaching is designed to instill the practices and disciplines necessary to catalyze permanent and dramatic change. It includes a thorough assessment of what you desire to accomplish through your coaching. You and your coach then create a new possibility for action. Your coach then coaches you through the process of strategically implementing the decisions and actions you have chosen in a creative, flexible, and powerful way.

This coaching process is designed to produce a future worth having in the present. You will focus on specific objectives with the intention of accomplishing them during the coaching process.

Some of the distinctions normally covered in the Executive Coaching process are:

1. Vision: designing the present from the future
2. Identifying the current reality and how you are contributing to it
3. What's missing and what's not working
4. What is wanted and needed
5. Taking effective action
6. Catalyzing effective action in others
7. Calibrating the gap between intent and impact
8. Bridging the gap between intent and impact
9. Creating flexibility and noticing resource and provision in new ways
10. Finishing unfinished business
11. Getting off it/Forgiveness
12. Completion and follow through
13. Celebration of success and others

Executive Coaching details:

• We require a three month minimum with a minimum of three one hour coaching sessions per month (nine total). You can schedule more per month and a longer period of time, if you desire, but we have found that in order to create significant value, these minimums need to be in place.
• We offer a free thirty minute consultation for all new potential coaching clients. Before this thirty minute session, we will send you a self assessment form to help generate clarity for you regarding your goals for coaching.
• The Executive Coaching fee is $150 per hour. We require that each month's scheduled coaching sessions be paid in advance, on a monthly basis.
