FAQ Interview Question 24
As
an organization, do you measure in any quantitative way the feedback you
get?
We have continued
to improve and further develop our efforts to consistently receive feedback
from participants, and we have developed an online survey system that
we use with all of our public training events that's based on standard
criteria used in the training industry. We use essentially what's considered
the gold standard for measurement of training effectiveness which is the
Phillips ROI Method, based on the Kirkpatrick Method. These are considered
the gold standard methods for being able to determine training effectiveness.
We encourage every single person who's a part of one of our events to
fill out our online survey. As an organization, we're deeply committed
to receiving feedback, to measuring effectiveness, to being able to grow
and learn and improve. When we get the feedback from someone that something
didn't work for them, we personally follow it up. If we get feedback from
someone that we've created an offense, we personally follow it up and
are very disciplined in that regard.
